RUN FOR THE CAUSE.
3月11日、ナイキジャパンは大規模なランニングプロジェクトを実施します。RUN TOGETHERというNIKE+ を 活用したプロジェクトです。みんなで心をひとつにして走り、一人ひとりが走った距離を合計します。全走行距離を金額に換算し、被災地の復興に役立てるべく 寄付します。昨年同じ日に、未曾有の地震災害が起こり、甚大な被害が発生しました。今も被災地の復興ははかどっていないところも多くあり、この日をネガ ティブな印象を持って受けとめる人もたくさんいます。ナイキジャパンは、この日をスポーツの力でコンシューマを勇気付けたい、ポジティブに受け止めてもら える日に転化したいと願い、このプロジェクトを企画しました。日本人が心をひとつにして、日本国土の外周に相当する32,000kmの走破を目指します。RUN TOGETHER では、ランニング1kmにつき500円が、「いいね!」1クリックに対して1円が寄付されます。（合計上限2000万円）スポーツの力で人々を勇気付け、ポジティビティの最大化を目指すRUN TOGETHERプロジェクトにぜひ参加し、どうぞ応援してください。 http://runtogether.jp/ —————————————————————- In a continual effort to support the victims of last year’s cataclysmic earthquake and tsunami that rocked Japan, Nike Japan is hosting a charity run, called ‘RUN TOGETHER’ from which all proceeds will go to the victims. Tuesday 13th December 2011 – I’d be lying if I said that running your first marathon won’t be one of the hardest, grueling physical activities that you’ll ever encounter. Shot of childbirth, I have little idea as to what could possibly be a more masochistic idea to put one’s body through. With so many variables in play from even before the gun sounds, getting to the start line is an accomplishment in itself, let alone crossing the finish. Day 2 of the GIRA 2011 Honolulu Marathon campaign, and time to get a bit more serious. Today’s the final 45 minute training run before the marathon on Sunday, with only a light jog left to go on Saturday morning to keep the muscles and joints warm. Up and off to an early start; as much mischief the team gets up to, there’s a strict no-party policy for the last 72 hours leading up to the marathon. Early bed time, early rises. No drinking. No late nights. So instead we sit around a table and crack inappropriate comments at each other into the night. [...]
